Tea time

2015's new year resolution was to drink more tea. OK, not very ambitious maybe, but it worked!

An unexpected consequence of this was to create opportunities for giving and receiving Christmas gifts. Our tea collection now includes Fortnum & Mason's Irish breakfast (a rich and malty blend of Kenyan and Assam), Earl Grey, Darjeeling, the Rare Tea Co's white tea, green tea, Emperor's breakfast, Taiwanese oolong and my favourite which is Keemun (toasty, but not as full-throttle smoky as Lapsang).

We also have Puerh, but this is not recommended as it tastes of fish. We put this one down to experience... However, we have not written it off yet following the advice of one blogger who recommends keeping fishy Puerh for a year or two as he reckoned it gets better, but we have our doubts...

Take your choice!
