Expect a warm welcome, great food and a hot fire when you want it, but also the ability to come and go as you wish without having to pass through the whole building: the room is on the ground floor and has the bay window next to the front door.

A continental breakfast is included in the price for the night and is brought to your room when you want it.

A Victorian music room The house is at 28 Kitto Road, two doors away from Telegraph Hill upper park. There is a front garden with Camellia bushes, a magnolia tree, climbing rose and hellebores. The plan shows the guest room edged in red. The total floor area is 21 square metres, including the en suite shower room.	Warm up in front of the fire A Carrara marble fireplace greets you as you enter the room. Please feel free to light the gas fire on a cold day.	Wash in comfort You will have your own en suite power-shower room with under floor heating.
Sleep soundly The bed is a standard double with a firm pocket sprung mattress and an ironed linen or cotton cover over a cosy goose down duvet.	Help yourself to fruit A bowl of fruit is provided free of charge throughout your stay.	Smell the roses Depending on the season, we like to put flowers from the garden on the mantelpiece.
Relax The comfortable two-seater sofa is a perfect place to relax, watch TV, have a cup of tea or read a book in front of the fire.
